Manticores which are a mix of bat, lion and ram. They are a peaceful but intelligent and strong species living in small groups/ tribes or alone. Both females and males can be in charge of their tribes, the deciding factor is intelligence, ability to lead, and survival skills. They are able to create and use magic to enhance their fighting skills, heal, create their homes or protect themselves like a shield. They are great team players and loyal friends, but they can hold grudges for long amount of time and when enraged are nothing to be messed with.

- they choose to remain this small and compact in order to survive. However, full grow adults can change into their original forms for battle (basically a bipedal, giant, manticore demon) this also increases their ability to use magic

- they are very smart, almost as smart as humans and created their own societies and laws, once even negotiating with the humans

- the unique, colourful, patterns on their wings are to ward off predators (even though they can easily transform and fight them off) and they take naps for up to 10hrs making them one of the laziest species XD

-omnivorous and feed their newborns like birds by regurgitating their food
